History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Uthemar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
