Description: He very much looks the part of a Merchant. He is portly but not overly obese. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Richard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Merchant. Recently the stress of being a Merchant has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He wears an entirely pastel suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly rapiers and daggers. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and revenge

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull black iron scale mail. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are violet.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
