History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To be a Bellfounder again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: An older man who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Adelard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Adelard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adelard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
