Description: This man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to prove his worth to the world

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Cory abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born in the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
