Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Bowyer in town.

History: Adam was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's in love; and wants a kiss

Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, brown shirt, and red tie, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a map maker again
