Description: A middle-aged man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is knotted and matted. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Roland is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is a Herbalist first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

Description: This late middle aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it and is in decent physical shape. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Assassin, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Voice: Mumbles to self between sentences

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Gilbert took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brown hair is braided into rings. He has brown eyes and a tan hat with a violet feather.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
