History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Butcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He struck the Butcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and expand his business

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Theobald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to get a good night's sleep
