History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Map Maker, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
