Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This slender man stands about 5'7". He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mercenary and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This man is very fat, and wears long strands of emerald and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
