History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Bellfounder soon after.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
