Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Armorer. He became a Armorer soon after.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
