History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Being a Marshal kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
