Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Hubert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theobald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Gifted from a young age, Simon studied abroad. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Apothecary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wishes to resurrect an old love
