Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
