Description: He wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. His hair is brown and curly. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears just a brown suit, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is cut close to his head. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. William was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. William decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and an old rival family wants him found
