Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gunter does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Gunter reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Anthony hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anthony fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Lance's homeland. Lance decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
