Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Fortune-teller; and wants his loneliness to end
