History: He was born in the north. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: Chad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
