History: The child of a Sculptor, who enjoyed hunting, Roger was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
