History: Anselm was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born in the east. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
