Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Alex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This northern man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is chestnut and curly. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world

Ideals: Logical. Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Poor, Immigrant, Slave, Nature. Occupation: Hunter

Personality: Raymond hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Raymond was born with his father's beautiful face. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to be a miner again

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Ugly, Disease. Bonds: Enemies, Military. Occupation: Banker
