History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
