History: Balimaar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now owns his own business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants to get laid

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a tan coat. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Patrick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.
