History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: He stands about 5'10" and is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Everard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Everard was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Weaver. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Geoffrey was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern
