Personality: Hubert wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
