History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Gomory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gomory decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Reynard grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a flattop hair cut. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: An older man who usually wears his black robe and has his dagger always slung over his shoulder, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Tailor business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job
