Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is black and curly. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Richard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Richard managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Balimaar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Balimaar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a white shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and green pants. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shane grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shane. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Odo's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
