History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. Through the years after Peter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Peter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
