History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A 6'5" western man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Anselm took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
