History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Everard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists.
