History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. William was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
