His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Gerald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
