History: Born to a Apothecary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shortspear use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. William was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Richard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Richard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair is long and silver with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his broad blue hat.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
