Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
