History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Cory liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. Everard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born to a Priest, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
