He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is greedy
