History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and seeks redemption

He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
