History: Gifted from a young age, Charles studied abroad. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
