Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Ernest is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Justin is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by his family; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Gerard was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gerard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
