History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Adelard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
