Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, marred by teas. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Roland abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in a small island village. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a brown vest and prefers green and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a flattop hair cut. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Priest who has hired him part-time. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's in love.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a pastel broad hat and pastel clothes. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to pay off his debts

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his halberd, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He takes great joy in being the best Painter in town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family.
