History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and he perpetually has his sword ready. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has no hair. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is portly but not overly obese. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep
