History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls
