Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gerard was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Randal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: Standing 5'1", this man prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Theodoric was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theodoric's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Theodoric and his spouse have recently divorced.
