Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Theobald reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jocelyn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Jocelyn managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
