History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
