Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an entirely black suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tattered old clothes. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has money and likes to spend it
