History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is greedy; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to end his boredom

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To end his boredom.
