History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
