History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Architect responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
